Kasumi is usually seen in her blue side tie shinobi dress, with a light blue colored bird on the front and back of the bottom of her outfit. On her legs she has white thigh-highs and and sandals with loose shinguards. Her name is also written on the back of her outfit. She also carries a wakizashi.
Kasumi is a soft spoken character, generally not wanting to be involved in conflicts unless she has no choice. She is honorable and very kind, and wishes nothing more to be able to settle a confrontation in a peaceful way.
Kasumi is a highly skilled kunoichi, and is able to utilize ninjustu in her attacks, such as teleportation. Although she has a wakizashi on her lower back, she is never seen using it in a actual fight.
