Katja (also known as Ekaterina Kurae) is a character from Seikon no Qwaser series. She is seen as the main deuteragonist of the series. She is the Qwaser of Copper who controls a puppet she calls Anastasia (and Mother).

Appearance[]

Katja has her hair tied in long bands, with the ends open and letting out the rest in short parts. She wears a black dress that puffs out slightly at the bottom, with small white frills. On the dress she has a long black ribbon, with an metal emblem attached to it. On her legs, she has black thigh-high socks, with white trim and black ribbon running through it, and black shoes with a metal cross on the front.

Personality[]

Katja appears to be sweet and innocent, but she's actually very domineering and manipulative, as shown by turning Hana into her obedient slave, which they share a S&M relationship. She seeks control over what she wants, as seen with the puppet she controls.

Abilities[]

As a Qwaser, Ekaterina uses her copper puppet, Anastasia, in and out of battle, with her copper-based powers. She is able to make Anastasia channel electrical currents, and uses her to fight enemies too big for her. She can also manipulate Anastasia to create copper from scratch.

Like all Qwasers, Ekaterina's power is fueled by Soma; breast milk from young maidens. Ekaterina receives Soma from Hana, a schoolgirl with a fetish for young girls.
